Triển khai các hoạt động tư vấn và hỗ trợ đổi mới công nghệ, ứng dụng công nghệ, xúc tiến chuyển giao công nghệ cho các tổ chức, cá nhân.
Hợp tác quốc tế về phát triển công nghệ và sáng chế.
